The team

Founded by Howard S. Cohen in 1977, H.S.C. Management Corp. is a family-owned business that works tirelessly day in and day out to meet and exceed the expectations of our founder. For over 45 years, we have served the NYC real estate market with professional and personalized property management.

Our President, Josh Koppel, leads an Accredited Management Organization that consists of over 30 full-time and several part-time employees, including a stellar leadership team that oversees all facets of the business from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.

With numerous modules that are focused on various parts of our business, Yardi Voyagers helps us meet all of our property management and accounting needs in a single platform. With the integration of a New York module, Yardi allows us to focus on this specialized market, which is more beneficial to our local clients than a generic software package.
