Founded by Howard S. Cohen in 1977, H.S.C. Management Corp. is a family-owned business that works tirelessly day in and day out to meet and exceed the expectations of our founder. For over 45 years, we have served the NYC real estate market with professional and personalized property management.

Our President, Josh Koppel, leads an Accredited Management Organization that consists of over 30 full-time and several part-time employees, including a stellar leadership team that oversees all facets of the business from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.
