Job Description – How Will You Make an Impact?

• Work with our CEO and leadership team to set the technical direction, strategy and execute our roadmap
• Drive technical decisions to use modern technology to deliver the product to our customers quickly and efficiently.
• Build a world-class scalable digital real estate platform.
• Directly report to the leadership team
• Build a world-class team by hiring the right people at the right time and inspiring them to make the company vision a reality
• Identify our most critical KPIs and methodically prioritize development schedule to improve them
• Prioritize resources and projects to maximize our growth and create high-quality products
• Build alignment and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners (design, product, marketing, customer, operations) to deliver intuitive solutions
• Monitor the performance and measure the impact of our product releases
• Implement best in class development processes and practices

Job Requirements – Do You Have What It Takes?

• Strong technical background with a proven track record of delivering end-user value quickly and efficiently
• Experience building and delivering consumer products, ideally at a marketplace company
• experience hiring and leading engineering teams
• Experience working in fast-growing startups
• An entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions
• Strong vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution
• Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills to bring a data-driven approach to product development
