[Note from editor: The “Mastermind Showcase” highlights companies and news from members of the GEM. Today’s showcase: PropStream]

PropStream consolidates real estate data and tools for investors, agents, brokers, property managers, and other real estate professionals. Users gain access to nationwide property data sourced from county recordings, MLS records, and private data sources, resulting in over 160 million properties in America—including distressed and off-market properties. Records include ownership info, property characteristics, sales history, MLS details, mortgage info, lien and foreclosure details, and tax info. It has 120+ property search filters for generating targeted leads and marketing lists.

With its built-in Skip Tracing feature, customers can source homeowner phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses. It also automatically adds new leads matching search criteria while removing leads that no longer do. Users can also import and update lead lists from other services.

Through PropStream’s marketing features, users can create marketing campaigns and landing pages. Its Rehab Estimator provides estimated labor and material costs based on the project’s category, type, and quality of materials.

In 2021, Stewart Title acquired PropStream for $175M, allowing the company to continue growth while strengthening core competencies.

What we like: PropStream’s large consolidation of data, features, and investor tools and the backing of Stewart Title is hard for competitors to outmatch.
