In the first half of 2020, the Buyside platform added $54 billion in listing opportunities and worked with its broker clients to launch the National Home Valuation Week.

What we like: By applying proprietary machine learning and artificial intelligence to buyer data, Buyside helps brokerages both show sellers demand for their property and match buyers to listings internally (often, before they hit the market). Bottom line: they turn consumer data that was previously significantly under-utilized into insights that can be turned into cash.
